2. Patient Data We Collect
To provide high-quality in-home physician consultations, intravenous therapy, laboratory diagnostic sampling, and nursing services, we collect:
- Identification Details: Full name, Emirates ID or Passport number, age, gender, and home/hotel location address in Dubai.
- Medical Information: Clinical history, symptoms, vital signs, allergies, current medications, doctor consultation records, and laboratory test results.
- Billing Information: Invoice and receipt records for payments and insurance reimbursement claims.
3. Use of Health Records
Your medical information is strictly used for clinical care delivery, issuing official DHA electronic prescriptions, generating lab reports, scheduling visits, and complying with UAE Ministry of Health and DHA regulatory mandates.
4. Security & Compliance
All clinical records are encrypted and securely stored in compliance with DHA electronic health data guidelines (Nabidh). We do not share or sell patient data to any commercial third parties.
