1. Scope of Services
Hello Doctor Home Health Care LLC provides non-emergency in-home, hotel, and office medical consultations, nursing care, IV drip infusions, blood tests, and physiotherapy throughout the Emirate of Dubai under DHA Facility License #6978946.
2. Medical Emergencies Notice
Our services are intended for outpatient, primary, and urgent non-life-threatening medical conditions. For acute life-threatening emergencies (such as heart attack, acute chest pain, major hemorrhage, or severe head trauma), patients must immediately call 998 (Dubai Ambulance).
3. Appointments & Arrival Times
Our medical teams provide prompt home and hotel medical visits across Dubai. Estimated arrival times are confirmed during booking and remain subject to traffic and clinical demand.
4. Payments & Insurance
Payments are due upon receipt of service via cash, credit/debit card, or Apple Pay. Detailed itemized invoices and DHA medical receipts are provided to assist patients with private insurance reimbursement claims.
